OUR POLICIES

Our room rates are for two guests, and include a full, bountiful home cooked breakfast. Additional guests are $25 per person, per night.

Note: Children under 3 are no charge and children aged 3-15 require an additional $15 charge, per child, per night.


Please note, we require a two-night minimum stay on weekends.
When considered, there is a $50 surcharge for a 1-night stay when arrangementes are made in advance.

A 50% deposit will hold your reservation. We gladly accept personal checks.

We invite you to check in anytime between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. However, if you require special arrangements, please let us know. We will make every effort to accommodate you. Check out is requested by 11 a.m.

With consideration for non-smokers, smoking is not permitted in any of our rooms.

We love pets, but regretfully, we cannot accommodate them.

Damaged Replacement Bedding/Bedspread charge: $85.00

Reservations:

Exchange of credit card information automatically confirms a reservation request.

Cancellations:

While we understand that life does not always unfold as planned, we ask for your cooperation in observing a strict two-week cancellation policy. If you must cancel within that period of time, please be aware that you will be held responsible for the full rate of the room, for each night that has been booked, until such time as we have been able to secure another reservation. Of course, we will make every effort in this regard.

There are no exceptions made for bad weather, missed, cancelled or delayed transportation plans, or for family/medical emergencies, etc. If you have any concerns about our cancellation policy we recommend purchasing travel insurance.

For reservations cancelled more than two weeks prior to your stay, the room rate, less a $25 service fee, will be gladly refunded.

If you wish to cancel an existing reservation notice must be done through email only and a confirmation received.

Settlement:

On the date of depature, payments are requested in cash, or by personal check. We prefer not to accept credit cards.

There is a 3.2% convenience charge for credit card transactions.

There is a $25.00 lost key deposit if not returned at time of check out.

Item Return Request

If you request any items left in a room to be mailed back your items will be packaged and delivered. You must contact Mystic Mailbox directly to pay for the shipping charges.
